Out of network - Akeeso Counseling Center will assist
you in providing a detailed receipt of services to be
forwarded to your insurance company for reimbursement. This
can be printed by Amy at your request, and/or is available on the
secure Client portal to be printed and submitted by you. Payment
for services is due on day of Service, and can be paid by
cash/check or on the secure Client portal by credit/debit
card.
Fees
Office visit/Online face to face video:
Initial Intake Session- 60 minutes- $180
Individual Session- 50 minutes- $145
Collateral Session- 50 minutes- $145
Family Session- 60 minutes- $160
Payment for services is due on day of Service, and can be
paid by cash/check or on the secure Client portal by credit/debit
card.
*For those whom do not have insurance, or those with out of
network insurance whom choose not to submit for reimbursement,
you may be eligible for our sliding scale fees, however
Amy-Jo Hilts/Akeeso Counseling Center will not be responsible for
any additional expenses incurred if you later choose to submit to
your insurance company for reimbursement of rates that are not in
network, you and will not be reimbursement for any lost
reimbursement. If you would like to discuss this
